Question Bait well question
Hi guys,

so far I have only used my bait well as storage. As I am thinking of using it for what it is supposed to be I took a closer look. Something caught my eye. What is that black stuff at the bottom of the well (see pic)? Looks like something is supposed to be screwed on it. Am I missing a part?
