As you all know, Triumph hull's are made in one piece; it's their most important patent. This means, that between the inside of the boat [and bilge] and the outer hull, there is an area that incorporates the stringer system; this gives the hull strength. That area is referred to as the inner hull. It does get water in it; it's not suppose to, but it does. On the 15/17' boats a drain plug is installed in the bilge area, on the side of the center stringer, just under the fuel tank.
