Yesndeed I heard about a 190 earlier this week that had been sold with some holes drilled into the hull that had not been repaired. It seems that there was a problem with water in the hull at some point and some one had drilled holes into the hull to allow the water to drain from the foam area then did not repair them. From what I understand the holes drilled to drain the hulls can be repaired with no problem. There is a possibilty of the hole you are talking about came from something similar since you said it appeared to be drilled. I suggest taking it to a dealer (if possible) and let him check on it for you. After all it has a lifetime warranty.
