Didn't have the wash down hose connected, and the cap was on the connection. Maybe it was splashing from the live well? Odd thing is , I have over 65 hours on the boat , and I have never had the fish hold fill up with water before ? I have noticed the bilge pumps frequently on all of the trips. Maybe the water is coming over the back the transom and loading up the bilge? I 'll have to pay closer attention on my next trip !
