Bow Light on all the time
I purchased a 2006 Bay 190 a few weeks ago upgrading from a 170 CC. I thought I would never love a boat more than the 170 and I have owned many boats in my life.I love the 190 even more if that is possible. What a great stable fishing platform that rides the rough water like it was on air. I am not impressed with two many boats becausew I have seen them perform or operated them when I worked as a Marine Patrol Officer for the New York State Police( now retired) My problem is my bow light stays on all the time the key is on. It doesn't work on the Nav light switch. My dealer claims Triumph designed them to stay on continuously to stop fogging in the bow light. In my experience ,bow lights have a short life expectancy probably due to the pounding and the heat buildup in a small lamp area. Please let me know if this is normal and Triumph designed them this way.I would like to be able to find the wire behind the switch panel and hook it back up the old way. Does Triumph own shares in a light bulb company????
