heer here, yes the inner hull for most of us is nothing to worrie about. I have yet to put in a plug. I know there is some water in there, just because when I relocated my new sonar the old scew hole dripped water. It was minor. as for the fish boxes...I clean and use a manuel bilge pump...cleaned and drained in less than 5 minutes.
