Moisture from the bilge which really runs all the way up under the center console will fog up instr. I usually will open the cc hatch and they will be back to normal since my guage lights run 24/7.
Purchase some ball in cage scuppers @$12 ea. and most of your water in scupper issues will be solved.

Lastly, the reason most of us are so dedicated to Triumph boats is that we are constantly looking at new boats and comparing to all the previous boats we have owned. They all have issues, Triumphs just seem easiest to correct.
