While shopping at a Harbor Freight store a few days ago, I found a complete quick disconnect kit that had the right angle coupler included for $34.00 bucks

and it works prefect Only down side is that it can scuff the paint on the back of the steering ram if you are not careful. It also can skin up some knuckles trying to remove it, so watch your hand position for when it finally breaks free

I also see that you can order just the right angle coupler alone for much less.
