1) PM illogic-AL, he owned one. I've got the 2002.
2) The boat can take more seas than I can. Anything over 3' and I head for protected water.
3) Water enters the bildge through the grey deck panels on my boat. The 2001 may not have drain holes under those panels to allow the deck water to drain to the bilge - I'm not sure. Either way, Molerboater has a thread about sealing up these panels. I don't worry about it since I trailer my boat. I would be concerned, however, if the boat were to be sliped.
4) 115 is fine, I've got a 130 that is weighs more than your 115. Forget about NADA. Compare to what other similar boats sell for with similar power, then decide. I would sell my 2002 with Honda 130 for $10K, but not actively looking to sell. So 6,500 sounds good - all other things equal. Hours are good, maintentance is better - low hours is bad.
