Honda 50hp 4 stroke AMP output

I'm considering buying a small center console that has a Honda 50hp 4 stroke on it. The guy has is set up right now with a trolling motor running to its own battery and another battery for engine starting and minor electronics. Currently the boat does not have a on-off switch for either of the batteries. If I buy it I would like to add a second battery for house use and keep the starting battery for engine starting only. The Honda only puts out 10amps. If I install one of the BEP switch-combiners will these engine be able to charge the 3 batteries. I'm not too worried about the trolling battery, that can be left out of the loop. I just want to make sure the house and starting battery will be able to charge OK. The engine is a 2003 with about 50 hours on it.
