I am sure there should be no holes in your hull that were not welded shut with roplene. If you have one that is soft and leaking water, then there is a problem. I would bet your dealer will agree.
If you have a drip from that hole then you most certainly have water retention in the inner hull also. This needs to be addressed with your dealer also. If you have questions, search this site for inner hull drains. There are several threads about that, with solutions for the problem. The inner hull drain is a end user fix. The only questions about them have to do with voiding the hull warranty. That does not seem to be a problem either but you should check with your dealer on that. Roplene welding of the hole will fix it for sure.
