Here are the pictures that you guys wanted. I hope they help. In the Photo Gallery I included some short descriptions of each picture. I havent figured out how to insert them onto a post yet. One thing at a time.
Photo#1- Post with 3 1/2" cut off and new slot. Cut off section is on top of post.
Photo#2- Seat installed onto shorter post.
Photo#3- New foot rest installed. Only 4 screws on each side holds it in place.
Photo#4- A closer look at the foot rest mounting bracket.
Photo#5- A look from behind of the lower seats and the new foot rest.
