C Firth, my 06 215 live well did the same thing as yours.
I checked the overflow hose and discharge fitting on the bottom of the hull for pluggage. Your through the hull overflow fitting will have strainer bars across it on the bottom of the boat. Sometimes small baits can get into the overflow hose and get stuck there and restrict the water overflow. If you don't find any restristions then close the water inlet valve a little that is in the live well. Your baitwell pump can put more water in the well while you are underway than the overflow can get rid of. If youe baitwell does not have a valve on the inlet pipe you need to install one. Pincking back on the inlet valve took care of my problem.
Good luck, Bob
