Had same problem with my 03, 210 and had to drill out broken seized old threads and put in an all stainless steel plunger pin ordered over the net. This was after noticing the problem and fixed with lube and, broke try to remove and lube the second time. The aluminum and stainless steel mix was a bad idea around saltwater. Pins cost about 20.00 each but no worries now or lube needed.
