My suggestions:

Remove any items that have grease, oil, or anything else that could damage our waters.

Drill some large holes in it.

Drop in deep water as a fish habitat / reef ball.

Stainless steel and plastic should last long enough to get corals covering it and protecting smaller fish will only help your future fishing.

OR

If the stainless is strong enough, make new fenders for your trailer.
