I have a 2004 190 Bay bought new in 2004. I have the same ripple in my hull about 5 feet from the bow on both sides. I have had the trailer mods done with no apparent change. I was told by the dealer it was caused by the mold and cooling process. The boat performs and rides very well. If the boat had a hard impact is would expect to see some impact scars. I have the 115 Yamaha also and am pleased with the performance and economy.
