Bob, did the dealer bait and switch. In your original post you said the dealer's price on the 175 was $10,299. That's one heck of a price! Now he wants 4K more? I'd offer to split the difference. That still would be one heck of a deal.

From what I've read about the 140 performance, you'll be very disappointed. I have the 175 and would not want one horsepower less. A 140 with eight people will be a real dog.
