Welcome aboard! Glad you took the plunge and we look forward to some pictures of your 215 when you have a chance. The baitwell runs off the same pump as the raw water washdown. If you open the floor hatch in front of the motor you'll see the pump with a large handle on it. Try flipping that to the other position if you are getting no water in at all. You also might need to flip the switch in the baitwell itself at the water outlet. And if you are going to turn off the baitwell then water can actually get sucked back out the same outlet. Some folks have purchased an overflow pipe to mount into the drain hole. This enables the baitwell pump to fill the baitwell and if you keep the baitwell pump running it will handle the overflow. The stand pipe is a little taller than the drain in the back of the baitwell. On my first 210 I installed a baitwell timer too so that the pump wouldn't run continuously but it would 'refresh' the water every minute or two (whatever you set the intermittment timer setting to be). The drain stand pipe and pump timer made a real difference for me in tweaking the baitwell effectiveness. I hope this makes sense. I'm sure some others can speak to this and you can do a search for baitwell and find some previous discussions too.
