Turbo,
You can test the system on land. Put a hose up to the through hull fitting under the boat that has the cut out in the flange rang. That is the one that supplies water to the bait well and the wash down. They have seperate pumps but one supply line. With the hose turned on, and someone willing to get a little wet under the boat, you can turn on the baitwell pump and it should pump into the bottom of the tank at the black valve. Make sure the valve in the tank is open. If you have no water coming in, make sure the ball valve inside the bilge opening is open. It is the one just inches to the right side of the center keel line. It has a red and white pump on top of it. The handle should be straignt up or inline with the hose. If you still have no water into the baitwell then it is plugged upstream some where. You can also test the wash down at the same time by running it. If you have water out the wash down then your plug would be in the line from the baitwell pump to the baitwell valve. Does that make sense?
I would be surprised if you have a plug, but it is possible. Using an air compressor to blow the clog out the baitwell valve would be a starting place if I had this problem.
Good Luck, Codfish
If your wash down is working, the bait well will also work
