Installing rod holders with drain tubes is difficult on Triumph Boats. Not that it can't be done. It would just be hard to do. You do not want your rod holders draining into the inter hull.
Wheel Bearing Buddy Covers will fit the ends of most standard rod holders. They are cheep and eazy to find. They will last for-ever installed on the end of a rod holder. You can use a little silicone or duct tape to insure that the bearing cover stays in place. This will keep the water from going into the inter hull and then you can remove the water when needed. Good suggestions above on how to remove the water. You want to make sure that you seal between the rod holder and the hull also when you install your new rod holders. Good Luck, Bob
