Yet again, we changed our mind. We thought about the boat and are NOT buying it. The guy didn't ever clean the boat, the engine wasn't the best cosmetically... and this means it wasn't taken care of mechanically. Then the guy didn't have many receipts. We made him an offer and he accepted it and then 4 days later we call him stating that we are canceling the verbal deal. He then gets all mad and says yeah right then hangs up the phone. He then calls later and says, "We had a deal. Rather it was on paper or verbally, you are not an honest man. You’re going to have to deal with this. It's just like me saying I wont sell you the boat because someone offered me $100 more. Your just not an honest man." These were his exact words. Is it me or is this guy just a real a$$hole? Also he says the boat has been used 8 times and the engine has 160 hours on it and says the prop is new and then later says he ran into something and replaced the prop. This guy is full of BS.
