Hvillaro, I would ask that you consider a possible alternative.
As I mentioned in a post above dated 8-13-2006, I do not even have a starboard scupper.

Even in the roughest seas or with wet teenagers tubing I have never had the water you talk about.
Just a suggestion and hope you consider it.
