I use a similar product...it's a rod holder made by Scotty. It has its own base instead of using a flush mount rod holder but is practially the same principle. Here's a photo:
I love them. They are fully adjustable. I've added two to each side of my 170CC. I position the front ones off to the side and the rear ones straight back so I can troll four rods without any worries about tangled lines.
