when my 03 210 was new. I was able to hit 45 on a still day calm water 1/2 tank gas minimal equip and only me and neice. normal conditions 40 to 42.

14.25 18 pitch 4 blade stainless prop
best rpms 5250 wot. book recomends no more than 5500
best cruise is around 4500 or so rpm with about 33 mph
