Why not make a list of the things you've mentioned here and call the dealer about them? They may surprise you and take care of them. Even my new boat had some little items that needed attention. I made a list, called my dealer and there were great at taking care of them.
Was it a 2007 or earlier model? Your dealer probably has the 94 primer but if not you can order it online from Merritt Marine in their Ship Store off
