Lingster - since we are almost neighbors, I thought I'd chime in. Sounds like you had a poor dealer experience. #1. The owners manual is pretty top level but I can understand why you'd like one. You can contact Triumph or you can arrange to get mine and photocopy. #2. 3M Primer can be found at Merrit Marine (see link on main page of triumphowners forum (or other places via websearch) Get the Stick size. #3. You'll have to diagnose your bilge - could be debris, bad wire, switch. A good dealer would have ensured this worked for sure. A few have replaced with non-internal float switches for reliability. #4 Don't know about your gas gauge - I had to replace mine after about a year (bought used) - was acting erratic then wouldn't register - corroded wires at the sender - corrosion I believe caused by a flooded deck when the bilge pump didn't go on, #5. When used in salt, the chairs require some grease maintenance - my swivel pins (stainless inside aluminum) seized with corrosion and I had to replace the entire seat pan mechanism (bought from Merritt) as I sheared off the hex post threads when trying to disassemble. #6 - Definitely should have full bolsters. I'm sure you are frustrated, but after you get over these hurdles I think you'll like the boat and know what to watch for/do to avoid some of these types of things......Barry
