Like what he said, I am sure the dealer should come to terms on the broken / missing parts. Afterall it is a new boat with WARRENTIES and he should make good. UNLESS you bought as is....that could be a problem. As for the seat, one thing I learn a bit TOO LATE is certain things need LUBED My seats are corroded and froze due to that electrolis and salt water Here is a tip, if you have a aluminum T-top, be sure to lube once a year with Corrosion X it keeps the nasty pits away.
