I placed my order with Bob's online Sunday afternoon, UPS deliverd the plate yesterday. Now that was fast! Got it installed yesterday evening, everything went pretty smooth with the exception of one of the mounting bolts snapping off.
Looking forward to the weekend to test it out and see how much difference there is.
