Went out this past weekend in Tampa Bay to do a little fishing and cruising. We didn't find any Spanish Macs in the bay so I decided to try drifting the grass flats for trout (like I did with the 170) well I am pleased to say that I was able to drift the flats good enough to catch a bunch of trout!
We even drifted in less than 2' at times. The wind was pushing us out from the shallows so I would motor in as close as possible and let the wind push us back out. Who knows, a power pole and trolling motor may be future mods. Not the 7 inches I've fished with the 170 but the 215 is proving to be a great all around boat!!!
