I want to believe the Bay 190 has a low spot near midship. I water tested the other weekend and saw no water intrusion with the newly rerouted scuppers and a flap over the bilge thru hull. Left the boat overnight in the water.
When I pulled the boat out of the water, had a couple gallons come out with the plugs. I learned to pull plugs quickly as once the bilge cycles over and finds water, it is usually when I am attaching the transome saver and I get a shot of water in the face.
Still testing but am down to other thru hulls or baitwell pickup valve.
