Trailer Lights

Stalker:

The lights are only attached to the boat while trailering. When I get to the ramp, I simply remove them and store them in the truck. I cut the connectors off of the tail lights, extended the wires enough to reach the trailer and soldered the connectors back on. Since the ground wire is bolted to the trailer, I soldered a quick disconnect on that wire. The bolts that come with the lights are not corrosion proof, so I'm going to get some stainless and replace them.

Hope this helps.

Posted this a while ago, but something must have happened because it isn't here. Hope I don't post twice.
