You can fill the holes with roplene. Any of the dealers can get you the roplene repair sticks but of course I would suggest using the site sponsor Meritt Marine. It has been awhile since I have used them (the sticks) in fact was back when I had my logic, but you just drill the screw hole out to the diameter of the sitck (just so it can slide in but not slop around. Then heat the stick with a blow torch and shove it in the hole. Wait about 2 minutes and trim it off. It really is simple.
