190 Bay questions/thoughts
Happy Memorial Day to all-
I am patiently awaiting the arrival of my 190 Bay. I have been kicking around ideas for the boat, and I have a few questions:
Has anyone ever thought about using the T-top area for storage? I have a nice plastic storage container - it might be around 3 feet long, 2 feet wide, and a foot deep. It was designed for the military - I think. It's got great clamps, a rubber gasket, and it's always bone dry. I used to have it on the roof of my cuddy cabin boat to store stuff and free up space. I am thinking about trying to get it up on top of the T-top of my 190 Bay. I could have the t-top beefed up or I could even have some roof racks mounted up there. I also used to throw my plastic kayak on the roof of the cuddy cabin, and I am thinking about how it might fit up there. Any thoughts?

Has anyone ever put a keel guard on a Triumph?
I am wondering if that might minimize damage to the keel when scraping botoom.

Who makes a reliable/user friendly: GPS, VHF radio, depth finder?

I have a "tricked out/old school" stereo system that I used to have in my wagon - bazooka tube subwoofer, amp, crossover, equalizer, speakers, etc.. - they are not "marine" stereo components- would it be foolish to throw them in the boat? I will have an electronics box , center console, and T-top to sort of protect the components? If I did choose to go this route - any suggestions for how to go about it?

I am a Minn Kota electric trolling motor fan. I plan to get a 101 pound thrust/36 volt system going. I realize that there are posts that have covered this topic, but I am curious - what's the best shaft length for the 190 Bay?

Anyone ever put solar panels up on the T-top to help charge batteries?

Anyone ever mount a grill for cooking stuff to the side of a Triumph?

Anyone ever put a large/removeable livewell in a 190 Bay (one bigger than the one attached to the center console?
