The boat sits on a Magnum trailer (very popular and well made in our area). This is the original hole. This is the way I found it after it setup all winter. Looks pretty bad. The dealer was supplied a SS backing and that pulled through as well. Then the dealer was told to weld another piece of SS on the the bracket of the one supplied by Triumph and it pulled through as well. That is the reason for my concern. I have called the support people at Triumph Boats (Brian) and have asked to update me as to what the third repair will entail. Apparently there is another bracket that is being sent to the dealer and more Ropolean material to try that. I explained to Brian that I am worried that if this fails on a steep ramp I could be left with the boat failing off the trailer then have to deal with getting someone to pick the boat up and place it back on the trailer by myself. This would be a real bummer. Anyway if there are anymore suggestions as to how to approach this with Triumph or any advice I could use it as I want to take my boat out but it does not appear I will get mine back anytime soon.
