Not sure that they have not seen this before as the dealer who was helping me has seen 2 do this and he was able to fix them with no problem. The Trailer is the trailer that the boat was sitting on when I made the purchase. It also worked for 4 years as I have had the boat for that long. I have pulled the boat in and out in some rough water and never worried about this.
I did receive a call from Triumph today and they are going to ship my boat the the NC factory and see if it is repairable. Not sure what will happen if they can not repair the boat. This process seems to put allot of pressure on the consumer when all I wanted was to purchase a nice boat and when I have a problem it to be dealt with in a timely manner. Now it seems like I am at the mercy of factors I can not control. I just hope this goes smoothly with all the things I have to do to get to this point. Thanks everyone for the advice.
