I tried the dealer search and the dealer I bought from doesn't make the three closest now! They are still close to where we vacation every summer. After I cut a 4.5" access hole in the transom well, I was able to get more leverage on the pickup tube elbow. I was either getting it out or going to remove a chunk of fuel tank. The bulkhead fitting turned about another half turn and then the aluminum threads on the elbow gave out and it came out. There was a split on the poly tube right at the barb. That is where the air was getting into the system at low speeds. I then compared it to the replacement part sent by customer service when they were "going above and beyond" for me. The new part is about 4" too short!
I sent a picture to my dealer along with the model and serial number off the tank asking them to see about getting a new part for me to install. I should not have been suprised. The circuit breaker sent from customer service (same person I had talked to) via my dealer to replace the dead-on-arrival baitwell pump breaker had different terminations.
