Cracked floor panels
I think they bought (or manufactured) a bad batch of floor-panels. The Dealer thought the screws were to torqued too tight but I don't think so. The panels are made of a material like starboard and they should not be cracking. Once a crack starts, it continues down the entire length of the panel in no time the voids in the hull fill with water. I was carrying around several hundred pounds of water when I had 2 broken panels. My boat is an 06 leftover w/ 22 hours and I've owned it for 6 weeks and 3 panels have cracked so far. Fortunately my triumph dealer is only 1/2 hour away and i store the boat there so its not a big problem getting them repaired but I wondering if this is going to be an on going problem? They've been making this model long enough that the "bugs" should be worked out
I'm real happy with the boat otherwise but if Triumph can't come up with a permanent fix, we're going to have "issues"
