When my 195CC is sitting in the water in my slip, it doesn't slope to the stern. This is a problem because the water doesn't train into the bilges efficiently and tends to "pool" on the deck. After hosing it down I have to stand on the back and bounce around. While I appreciate the opportunity for exercise I can't help feeling like this is a design flaw. The 195CC should be designed (like all boats) to drain into the bilges when it is sitting still in the water.

Another smaller issue with the 195 is the handles on the back of the center console seats. They are plasctic and one of them broke off after only a few hours on the boat. They should be more sturdy. I've also seen posts on this site saying the mechanism for rotating the seats gets stuck up by the salt water. I've been using WD-40 once in a while and haven't had that issue yet myself but it's cleary something they should fix.

Overall I'm really happy with my 195CC (very soft ride!) but these are some issues that the factory should fix for the next year.
