Here are a couple of comments to your list, as some of these problems have been around a while. So I have indicated how I have dealt with them. The ones I didnt comment on are definately Dealer issues

I have a laundry list of warranty issues that I've had from the beginning, but I've been too busy enjoying boating to bring it in so far. They're all minor, but definitely quality control issues nonetheless:
1) Cross support/handle under mega hatch is cracked next to screw - looks like it may have cracked during initial install.
2) Helm console panel is cracked, again at several points next to screws.
3) Fuel gauge jumps up and down by half a tank, even on dry land. (nothing you can do about this execpt switch to electronic gauges)
4) Some fish box gaskets are falling off. (while your dealer will fix this, it will continue to happen, just get some elastmeric to glue them back on when it occurs)
5) Three out of four fix boxes drain poorly, one of which doesn't drain at all. (this really is a design issue in my opinion, but untill it is resolved, get yourself some weedeater string and keep it in the boat for cleaning out the blocks)
6) Two of three helm drains barely work, one of which I would describe as a pinhole drain that gets plugged up by a single dust particle. (again, a design issue, as the loops in the tubing can hold water which in turn gunks up and plugs the line, my fix disconnect the tubing and let it drain into the console as it really isnt much water anyways)
7) Trailer was completely miswired. It wasn't even close - left turn signal caused running lights to blink, there was no right turn signal, etc. I've already fixed this.
8) Nav light button fell off control panel during second outing. We haven't been out at night yet to use it, so it must have been partially broken already.
I know that's quite a list, but again none of these issues are major. That's why I've been so reluctant to bring the boat in. I'd rather use it!
I'll probably take it in this weekend. I need to repair my skeg anyway, it had a few run-ins with shallow water.
