As long as you wire the trolling motor plug to match the receptical you should be fine (I am assuming you have a heavy guage wire, like a 6 guage, going to the receptical). Double check to make sure. You'll more than likely have to measure to make sure all of your batteries will fit...make sure you can tie them down too. I hope this helps.
