Few things I'd change on my new 215CC
I've been out fishing 6 times (Wilmington, NC) so far on my new 215...and absolutely love it! The ride is smooth, it handles the waves well; yes I've been airborne too many times....and the 150 yammie does great! Boy, it's quite. I love the console design, the fish boxes, just about everything.........but I would have a better design for the back seats - the portion that is veritical - as they slide down on some metal brackets and are NOT very positive in the attachment. Sorta loosey goosey. I've tried to bend a little to create more tension - but no good.
The gunnel pads that you lean on while fishing are also loosey-goosey - same design......I'll have to doctor this up a little I guess....
I'd try to design the fix boxes so they drain more positively to the back and don't hold any water.....but that's no biggy and I know they do make fish box sleeves.
Other than that...........really no complaints. Everything has worked well...........love fillin' those fix boxes.
