I have a 215 and when lowering my engine this weekend I would get a high pitch squeal. I also noticed my steering was harder to the port side. When cleaning I found a loose fitting on my power steering line. Does the reservoir for the engine cylinders (for raising and lowering) share oil for the power steering? Also, do I check and fill that while the boat is level? I keep my boat at another house and my wife was in a rush to leave so I have not been able to look as in depth as I need but want to have the info I need to repair when I return.
