Taco outriggers - Top notch!!

I believe I am in the right forum here. If not I am sure it will be moved. I have only had the boat a short time, like a little over 2 months now. I purchased and installed the Taco 250 grand slam outriggers that are made to go directly in to the pre-made holes. The installation was really easy, it took me and a buddy about an hour to do the entire thing.

After getting the hardware installed, I still needed to run the lines and hook up the clips. I had a couple questions for them, and taco had great customer service people to deal with on the phone. After final rigging and testing them in my driveway, I was able to go out and use them on some albacore on our local fishing grounds. I have been very impressed with the ease of operation and the durablity. Also, these are quiet. A lot boat I been on the outriggers make a lot noise bouncing around and slamming into thing. In addition when these are not in use they close down nice and tight.

I know these are a little more spendy than some of the others on the market, but they give you the bang for the buck.

I only have a picture of the side profile with the outriggers down and put away, but I will add some more later of the actuall spread to the side and back when moving between spots.
