Thanks Dave. That seems very reasonable. I've set the maximum size at 800x600 since the site is set at that screen size. The max file size is 250kb. The maximum total storage space for registered users is currently 10MB. I can up that some too if needed. Captain's Club Members have no storage limitation for attachments.

I would encourage members to acquire a good photo editing program and learn how to resize/compress an image. I'll research some good "shareware" products and let you know what I find out. Putershark could you write a short tutorial on image editing with screen shots that we could put in the Articles section of the site? I can do it but thought I'd see if someone else wanted to.
