Problems we had with our new boat

Our first experience in our brand new 2007 190 Bay Triumph.

1. At first we noticed the scuppers looked cracked so I went to jiggle one and it crumbled in my hand and the other one was just as bad, it looked like an over tightening issue. The dealer replaced them right away.

2. I also noticed cracks at the hinges of the flip back seats several boats on the lot had the same problem but some did not. The dealer is ordering new ones and will install them at the 10 hr service.

3. When we got our boat in the water we thought we would try out the bait well, it would turn on for a few seconds and then cut off, so I checked the pump and it was cracked and the houseing was cracked letting water into the hull. The windshield was scratched up and when we opened up the bimini it had holes in it.
We took it back to the dealer and they fixed everything. The dealer said the reason the pump housing was cracked was because someone over tightened the screws.

I must say I had no problems with the engine or anything else, the ride was smooth and dry.

There seems to be a quality control issue either at the manufacture or the dealer, and who ever is putting in screws don't put them in so tight.
