There should be a tube that runs from the CC to the rear of the boat...mine comes out right above the gas tank. It usually has a string already in it to help you with the running of the wires. Start at the back and route the wire up the transom and into the boot where the steering cables enter the boat. Thread it into the tube and pull it forward to the CC. Really very simple. Your other transducer may already be using the tube so just attach a string (mason cord works really well) to the old one and pull it out. Attach the new one and pull it back. Piece of cake.
