[Columbus]

I just bought the boat pictured below a couple of weeks ago. I'm looking for some information on what year it is. I bought it over the internet and never actually met the owner, just worked through a broker. I think it's a 2001.

It has a Mercury Optimax 250 on it and from what I've been reading 200hp is max. What problems can this cause? Runs good and gets on plane fast but I'm guessing it might not be good for the transom.

Previous owner took off the bow rail and I'd kind of like it on. Is it a one piece rail, impossible to ship? Does someone make aftermarker rails or should I just get someone to make it for me?

I'm living on St. Martin, the French side, and just starting to test and trust the boat. Staying pretty close to shore right now. Thinking about putting a 9.9hp Mercury on as a trolling/backup motor. Is this doable on this boat?

I have a lot of other questions, but don't want to clutter up this first contact too much. I've been reading posts for the last couple of hours.
