On the Starboard side of the transom just below the rud rail you will see the boats hull identification number. The last two numbers are the model number. If it is an 2001 the last two numbers will be 01.
The bow rail is a one piece unit. It could be cut and shipped and then welded back together or you can have one coustom made. Triumph ships them to dealers but im not sure of the cost of shipping.
As for the 250 HP outboard on a 210, find out what it weighs. The max weight fo a 210 transom is 550 lbs. If your not to much over that you may be alright but I wonder why someone would but a 250 HP motor on a 210? Could it have a weight problem due to water intrusion into the in ter hull or did the person just like power and speed? At any case I don't thank the hull warranty is any good now.
Putting a kicker motor on the transom is a doable project but you need to look at the total weight on the transom with both motors. I hope this info helps and good luck with the boat. Now bring on the rest of you concerns and questions. Bob
