Thanks, I'll take a look at the hull number. Figured there was an easy way to figure that out.

Outboard weighs in at 505# dry, looks like it's close. I don't think they put it on for speed, top end is about 40MPH(GPS), but it does have a good hole shot. I don't know what prop is on it though. I've been reading about the water in the hull problem and will need to look into it. How do you know if you have that problem?

Okay here are a couple more questions...
I take it the fish boxes are not livewells, they are mainly made to hold ice. Is there a proven way to set them up as livewells?

I have a hose attachment on the port side of the center console. It is hooked up to a one foot piece of black hose inside the center console. What is it normally for?
