Well I took the boat out today and the results were about the same. Removing 12 square inches didn't make a noticeable difference. It seemed to plow a little less but I still can't get the bow up where it belongs at WOT. Before I go out again on Friday I'm going to take it off and hopefully it will run like before. Actually the main reason I put it on in the first place was to improve the steering and to get up on plane at slower speeds. I'll have a sitrep Friday.
